Virginia Reckless Driving book

Richmond, Virginia lawyer Bob Battle has written a new book entitled The Shocking Truth About Reckless Driving Speeding in Virginia.

This new book will inform you about the laws in Virginia regarding reckless driving and the potential penalties involved. According to Attorney Battle, if you are arrested for reckless driving you could go to jail, have higher insurance rates or lose your job.

Reckless driving is a dangerous thing to do that causes many car accidents in Virginia. The law states that anybody driving 20 miles-per-hour or higher over the posted speed limit, or over 80 mph regardless of the posted speed limit is driving recklessly.

Mr. Battle’s new book is a must read for all Virginia drivers to help them be aware of the laws and avoid the penalties that can come with a reckless driving conviction.
