Crash involving tractor-trailers closes I-64 East in Norfolk.

There was an accident involving two tractor-trailers around 2pm on January 6 in Norfolk, VA that shut down Interstate 64 East for several hours.

Enous O’Neil was sitting in a broken down truck waiting for help from his company when Robert Irby slammed into the back of Mr. O’Neil’s truck at 60mph.

Mr. Irby was taken to Sentara Norolk General Hospital for injuries.
