Peggy was a 20 year old who was riding as a passenger in her boyfriend’s pickup truck. They were heading home from a shopping trip when a reckless and negligent driver of a ‘91 Chrysler ran a stop sign and broad sided Peggy’s truck, with the main point of impact on her side.
