Allstate (IMHO arguably America’s worst insurance company, but that is a subject for another post) has recently released its Fifth Annual America’s Best Drivers Report.

The best news is that Virginia has five of the top ten most improved driving cities.  The entire list was topped by Alexandria.  Also in the top ten were Hampton, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and Richmond.

Way to go!

This should only be helped by Virginia’s ban on texting and emailing while driving that just went into effect on July 1.

Nevertheless there are still accidents happening in Virginia, and if you have recently been injured in an accident you need to read the Virginia Accident Injury Book.  It’s free to Virginia residents.
