Jury awards $23 million in tractor-trailer wreck.

On April 11, 2007. a trucker named Ricky Jones was driving  his truck down Interstate 295 in Henrico County when another truck pulled out in front of him and Ricky crashed into it.

Jones was badly injured in the wreck and had to be cut out of his truck and flown to VCU Medical Center. Both of his legs and his pelvis were crushed and he had traumatic brain injury. Ricky had to have 27 surgeries including having a partial leg amputation.
