I was on the interstate yesterday and there’s was just a little, I mean it was nothing going on the opposite side of the interstate and traffic going on the side that I was on was almost to standstill just because the people were rubber necking looking across the road at the other lanes.
It doesn’t even have to be construction but there is major construction going on in Richmond out on Interstate 95 that, like they’ll spend the whole weekend redoing some of the bridges in Richmond.”
